A track record given its own space
Rather than a single mention on a general page, the Women Officers Program is built to reflect a genuine part of Cadets Academy’s history: women candidates trained here have gone on to be commissioned across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Indian Coast Guard and CAPF, with several recognised by the President of India and by the respective service Chiefs of Staff.
The same five-stage SSB, prepared with the right context
Women candidates go through the identical Screening, Psychology, GTO, Interview and Conference process as their male counterparts, through entries such as Short Service Commission, NDA (where applicable), CDS, AFCAT, CAPF Assistant Commandant, Navy and Coast Guard. Preparation is built around that shared structure, with coaching that is directly informed by the specific questions and situations women candidates have reported facing on their own boards.
Practical support around the preparation itself
Beyond the syllabus, the program pays attention to the practical realities of preparing for GTO tasks and physical elements as a woman aspirant, and to interview preparation that helps a candidate discuss her own motivation and background honestly, without needing to imitate a male-candidate template that does not fit her actual story.
